The location
The most uncomfortable bed we have ever tried! The staff is ok but not too friendly either. They promised us a continental breakfast, and that breakfast couldn't be poorer

Great quality/price ratio. Well located, very close to the zócalo and the cathedral. Comfortable, clean rooms and very friendly staff.
Breakfast is a bit poor, coffee, bread and some fruit.

Location and cleanliness
Super noisy, they gave me a room that was not clean and they had to change my room. They are all extremely hot during the day, and there is no ventilation. They offered me to move again, in two days, change of three rooms. Breakfast is not worth paying for as it is very small.

I prefer the location, unfortunately I expected much more from the images you have in the booking search
Very poor cleaning, floors are dark and it is difficult to know that they are clean, but in my case the shower was in poor condition and water was sprayed from the top and over the glass door leaving a puddle on the bathroom floor, so I had to dry the floor and that was where I realized that the white towel literally got completely black. Causing discomfort in the room. I do not recommend it.
